110Hurdles for time. Ran about 15.9 hand. Ok considering how much slowed down at the end. If I had kept the same pace I had through 7 hurdles to the end, it would have been 15.5.

Sacramento: The Shuttle Hurdle Relay has been approved at the Masters National Outdoor Championships Sunday July 25, 2010 (apprx. 3 PM) and hopefully they will be approved for 2011 World Championships as well.
Please let me know if you would be interested in the Shuttle Hurdle Relay if we can find enough ladies in your age bracket interested.
We already have M40-49, M50-59, M60-69, M70-79 teams and looking to add more . . .
